I am proud to be the Patron of The National Youth Wind Orchestra of Great Britain.

NYWO consists of some of the finest young wind players in the country. The future of music lies in the hands of young players such as these. We should all do our best to ensure that everyone concerned with this tremendous orchestra is given help and encouragement, financial or otherwise, to continue with this rewarding and worthwhile work in music education.

Ex-NYWO members are now playing in professional orchestras throughout the UK and the world. They all share memories and experiences of NYWO that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
